Riot in Bogota outside a Metallica concert

By Vincenzo Esposito
"Riot in Bogota": it sounds like an old punk-rock song by The Clash! But it really happened on Wednesday night (March 10). More than 150 people were arrested during a riot outside a Metallica concert in Bogota, Colombia. Hundreds of furious fans, without tickets, tried to break through barriers to see the heavy metal gig. Four fans and four police officers were injured; the protesters also damaged traffic signals and demolished walls to get rocks and use them as 'weapons' against the police.
